Our cemetery is in the process of switching from “old-school” pen and paper record keeping and mapping to an online cemetery management and digitally integrated mapping service. We have used the same deed form since 1909, which also served as a purchase agreement. Prior to moving to the digital format we are reviewing our deed language and planning to add a separate purchase agreement. Would any members care to share copies of their deeds and purchase agreements? Many thanks in advance for the assistance. Richard

Here are our documents. This version of the documents will go into effect 9/4/2022. The current versions do not have some of the added fee information. the original copy of the deed we send to the purchaser is embossed. I hope this is helpful.

Here are our Plot Certificates for both Jewish Sections and our Interfaith Section. We tend not to use the term “deed” since it implies ownership and they don’t actually own the plot, just the burial rights. We don’t have an official Purchase Agreement, but I’m attaching our Schedule of Fees.
