Our cemetery is in the process of switching from “old-school” pen and paper record keeping and mapping to an online cemetery management and digitally integrated mapping service. We have used the same deed form since 1909, which also served as a purchase agreement. Prior to moving to the digital format we are reviewing our deed language and planning to add a separate purchase agreement.
