        Hi,
        We manage a cemetery with 16 member associations which we comprise of burial societies and synagogues.

        Does anyone have a code of conduct for their members?
        ie
        Who they can sell their land to in bulk?
        What are the obligations of affiliate vs the management company?
        What happens if / when an affiliate closes?
